1. The service

Check Trust Score is a free, best-effort tool that uses AI to estimate whether a screenshot shows a likely scam. Results are probabilistic and may be wrong. Do not rely on them alone for legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Upload government IDs, full financial statements, medical records, CSAM, or content involving minors.
• Probe, abuse, or attempt to overload the service.

3. License to submitted content

If you tick the "save this screenshot" checkbox at upload time, you grant Check Trust Score a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use that screenshot and any text extracted from it for the purpose of operating and improving the service, including training and evaluating detection models. We will not sell or publicly disclose submitted screenshots.

You retain ownership of your content.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Check Trust Score disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Check Trust Score is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
